Ticket Volume Calculation
Billing is determined by the total number of valid tickets processed during the month.
- Base Volume: The entry plan covers a set number of monthly tickets.
- Automatic Scaling: If your volume goes over the base amount, initdesk adds fixed blocks of tickets to your billing cycle.
- Spam Exclusions: Tickets marked as spam or invalid do not count toward your monthly usage total.
