Managing seats, team invites, and canceling your subscription

How to invite teammates, manage seats, and cancel your subscription when you need to scale down.

Inviting teammates & seats

1. Open the Team tab on left menu.
2. Invite teammates by email and choose a role (associate, admin).
3. There is no need to worry about seats, initdesk allows unlimited users across your organization.

Cancelling your subscription

1. Open Settings menu, then go to Subscription.
2. Choose Cancel subscription and follow prompts -- you can cancel anytime without fees.
3. After canceling, you may retain access until the end of your billing cycle or trial—confirm dates on the Subscription page.
