Inviting teammates & seats
- Open the Team tab on left menu.
- Invite teammates by email and choose a role (associate, admin).
- There is no need to worry about seats, initdesk allows unlimited users across your organization.
Cancelling your subscription
- Open Settings menu, then go to Subscription.
- Choose Cancel subscription and follow prompts -- you can cancel anytime without fees.
- After canceling, you may retain access until the end of your billing cycle or trial—confirm dates on the Subscription page.
